Acceptable Use Policy

What you may — and may not — do with Bynder AI. These rules keep the platform safe, compliant and effective for every customer.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

01

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the Bynder AI Services. It sits alongside the Terms of Service and describes the conduct we do not tolerate on the platform.

02

Prohibited activities

You may not use Bynder AI to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy or any other anti-spam law.
  • Contact prospects you have no lawful basis to email, including scraped consumer contact data.
  • Impersonate any person, company or authority, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Send content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that promotes violence.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, credential-harvesting pages or fraudulent offers.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (denial-of-service attempts, scraping at abusive rates, probing our infrastructure without written permission).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract our models, prompts or proprietary data.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit accounting or authentication.
  • Resell raw Bynder AI access or expose the API publicly without a written agreement.
03

Outbound-specific rules

Because Bynder AI sends emails on your behalf, you must:

  • Use email domains you own and are authorised to send from.
  • Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly.
  • Include a valid postal address and a working unsubscribe link in every message.
  • Honour opt-outs within 10 days and never re-add unsubscribed contacts.
  • Respect suppression lists across all your workspaces.
04

AI-generated content

AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or off-brand. You are responsible for reviewing generated messages before they are sent and for the accuracy of any claims they contain.

05

Security and vulnerabilities

Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written consent. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected].

We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days and work with you on a fix.

06

Enforcement

Violating this AUP may lead to:

  • Warnings and required remediation.
  • Suspension of sending or of the workspace.
  • Termination without refund for repeated or severe violations.
  • Referral to law-enforcement where warranted.
07
