Refund Policy

Bynder AI sells prepaid credits that unlock platform features on demand. We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so this policy explains exactly when a refund is available, how to request one, and how long it takes.

• Unused credits, within 14 days. If you have not consumed any credits from your order, we refund 100% within 14 days of the payment being received.
• Duplicate or accidental payments. We refund the duplicate charge in full, no questions asked.
• Service failure caused by Bynder AI. If a documented platform outage prevents you from consuming credits you paid for, we credit or refund the affected amount pro-rata.
• Bank-transfer orders that never activate. If you decide to cancel a pending bank-transfer order before we receive the funds, no charge occurs.

• Credits that have already been consumed by the platform (enrichment, generation, sending, meetings, etc.).
• Orders older than 14 days where credits have been used.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
• Third-party fees (bank charges, currency-conversion spreads) — we refund the amount we actually received.

Email [email protected] from the address on your Bynder AI account with:

• Your workspace name.
• The order reference (visible in your dashboard).
• A short reason for the request.

We reply within 2 business days and, once approved, issue the refund within 10 business days to the account that funded the original payment.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. If exchange rates have moved since your order, the refunded amount may differ slightly from what you originally paid — we refund exactly what we received.

Please contact us first — most disputes are resolved faster than a bank chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimately received service may result in account suspension.
